Using the form found here or by selecting the "Book Search" button found on the left hand side of most of our web site pages, you can submit a book search. Please be as exact and complete as possible. The more information we have to go on, the better the chances are of finding the exact item you are looking for.
Most pages in The Ridiculous Book Store site have a button in the left or right margin marked "Tell A Friend". By clicking on these buttons, visitors will be given the opportunity to fill in one or several e-mail addresses on a form. After filling in the addresses, you can click on "Send" to send a formatted e-mail notice to the addresses with a clickable link to take the recipients directly to the web page you are currently on.
This feature makes it very easy for visitors to show their friends the exact page containing the information they are seeking. Visitors do not have to worry about copying complicated URL's or typing errors that sometimes make the Internet difficult to navigate
The displayed page allows visitors to choose the first character of the author's last name that is being queried. The choice causes a full list of alphabetically listed known pseudonyms to be listed. Look for the desired name and click on it again to display all matching pseudonyms being used by the same author.
While displaying this expanded list, the individual author pseudonyms are also turned into links. Names marked with "**" are the author's real names. If visitors click on one of these second level names, they are transported to our online store and presented with search results for all books in stock by that pseudonym name. This helps to keep the search for books by specific authors as short and easy as possible.
Currently, the database is mainly centered around romance authors. However, we are constantly adding and expanding the database. We hope that this service will be as useful to our visitors as it has been for us.
If you know of an author pseudonym that you don't find in our database, please use the "Feedback" function found on the left hand side of most of our web site pages to notify us of it. We'll add it to the database in the next update process. We appreciate any submissions and will let you know that we have posted them.
By using the button link found on the left side of most pages on this site, visitors can submit a feedback form to the managers of The Ridiculous Book Store. The form requires a valid entry in the name and e-mail address fields to process correctly.
Fill out the form and click on the "Submit" botton at the bottom of the page. You will be presented with a display of your submission for verification. There is also a button at the bottom of the verification screen to take you back to the home page.
Please feel free to send us your comments, ideas, suggestions, or requests using this function. This entire "Customer Service" page and all it's functions is the result of visitor's suggestions and requests for a place to find instructions and additional information about our web site. We strive to respond to all reasonable requests.

The Ridiculous Book Store has an extensive book review database. As the database grows, it will have an increasingly specific classification and sorting process. For now, visitors can choose from one of several basic categories to view a list of reviews.
Upon viewing the category list, you can choose a specific book by title and author to link to the review page. There you will find a compilation of reviews submitted by our customers, our employees, and from the publishers themselves. Also available are links to our online store for that specific book, or all books by that specific author. This helps to speed the search process along once you've found a book or author you are interested in.
The last thing on each review page is a visitor comment submission form. Anyone can leave a short review or comment about a book if they wish. This lets everyone have a place to have their opinion heard about a given book. We reserve the right to edit or remove any submission. However, it is a free service and everyone is invited to post a comment.
If you'd like to submit a full review of a book you don't find in our database, or if you'd like to add to a review that is already posted, you can mail your plain text "txt" document to "webmaster@trbsi.com" for consideration.

The Ridiculous Book Store Contests!
All of our contests are free of charge and do not require a purchase to participate. Contestants must be in the US or Canada and be over 18 years old. Weekly contests usually end on Saturdays, with winners and new contests being posted and available before the end of the day on Sunday. Contestants must enter again each week to participate in new contests. Entries are not carried over to the next week's contest.
Monthly contests usually begin on the first Sunday after the first of the month, and end on the first Saturday after the last day of the month. Contest winners and new contests are posted before the end of the day on that Sunday.
All entrants must agree to receive notification of the contests status via e-mail. Generally, this will include, but not be limited to, a monthly notice with a link to our contest page showing a given month's posted winners, and the newly posted contests for that time period. If entrants do not wish to receive notifications, they can respond to the notification e-mail and request to be removed from the e-mail list. Entrants should understand that this may remove them from eligibility to participate or win in future contests.
Below are our current monthly and weekly contest listings with links to enter. There are also links to the official rules for each contest. Contestants are presented with a link to the rules for each contest on each entry page. However, these rules are also linked here, along with images and contest details, for those that wish to read them.
